Privacy

Our apps run on your device. Workouts, books, notes, settings — everything you put into an Exact9 app is stored locally, in your browser or installed web app. We have no servers holding your data, no accounts, and no way to see what you do in an app.

No tracking. This site and our apps use no analytics, no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no third-party embeds. We don't know you visited, and that is by design.

Static requests only. Like any website, our hosting provider's web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations. We don't combine them with anything, because there is nothing to combine them with.

Email. If you write to hello@exact9.com we receive what you send — that's the whole mechanism. We use it to reply and to fix things, and nothing else.

Deleting your data. Uninstall the app or clear the site's storage in your browser — the data was only ever on your device.
